Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Priqid platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual users and users acting on behalf of an organisation.

2. Description of Service

Priqid provides an automated platform for generating PRIIPs Key Information Documents (KIDs) for Category 3 Alternative Investment Funds. The Service includes cost calculations, Monte Carlo simulations, risk scoring, and PDF document generation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent documents

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Priqid and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the fund data you input. We do not claim any rights over your data, except as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The KID documents generated by Priqid are produced using automated calculations based on data you provide. While we follow the PRIIPs RTS methodology, it is your responsibility to review all generated documents for accuracy and compliance before publication. Priqid does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priqid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the jurisdiction in which Priqid operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
